Payments

I accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Taxes are included in the price.

Shipping

Your order will be packaged and shipped within 5 days of purchase.

Canada: Shipping is via Canada Post Expedited Parcel (4 business day) – $15 (up to 4kg/8lbs)

United States: Shipping is via Canada Post Tracked Packet USA ( 7 business days) – $20 (up to 4kg/8lbs). Note that some packages can be held at customs so these times are for reference only.

For orders outside of Canada and the US, please send me a note via the contact page.

Local pickup is available for customers in Vancouver, BC. Please select that option during checkout.

Returns

We do not accept returns unless the wrong item was sent to you. If the item was damaged in shipping please inform us as soon as you receive the package. Since some items are one-of-a-kind, there is not guarantee that the item can be replaced but we will do our best to make sure you get a replacement item or a refund.
